Hams across the U.S. are rushing to render assistance to the Gulf Coast region that was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Emergency communications, a cornerstone of amateur radio, has never been more important. This week's puzzle freshens up a previous puzzle with an emergency-communications theme.
