You've Got to Carry That Code

Look on the bright side - now Morse Code is ALL OURS! BWOOOHAHAHAHAHA! Sorry, broke into oscillation for a second. No, I don't need to be neutralized. Well, maybe a little bit. So this week, in honor of amateur radio's newfound duty to maintain and use Morse code, the puzzle is almost entirely CW abbreviations, prosigns, and Q-signals. That's why it's a few spaces smaller this time--because Morse is compact and efficient, that's why! So assume everything has been boiled down to a minimum size. Hint -- that doesn't make it easier.
