Template Corrections

13.8-V, 40-A Switching Power Supply

The printed circuit etching pattern template for "A 13.8-V, 40-A Switching Power Supply" (page 11.28) was printed in Chapter 30 of the ARRL Handbook at the wrong size. In addition, the values for R2, R6 and R36 are shown incorrectly on the schematic diagram (Fig 11.37) on page 11.30 of the Handbook. Also, the resistor labeled R7 near U2B should be labeled R31.

The correct etching pattern image and schematic diagram are included in the template package that can be downloaded downloaded (234,026 bytes) as an Adobe PDF file.

Rock-Bending Receiver

The template package for "A Rock-Bending Receiver for 7 MHz" (page 17.68) was inadvertently left out of Chapter 30 of the ARRL Handbook. The template can be downloaded (115,170 bytes) as an Adobe PDF file.
