FCC Rules: Part 97 and other Rule Parts
Introduction
Amateurs are most familiar with Part 97, officially called Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 97 (47 CFR Part 97). It is the body of rules which governs the Amateur Radio Service. The complete up-to-date Part 97 can be found below.
FCC rules other than Part 97 affect the Amateur Radio Service, directly or indirectly, and amateurs need to be aware of them. Links to the various other FCC rule parts are listed below.
