Technical Editor

Hybrid Opportunity

 

Summary:
The Technical Editor is responsible for ensuring that the technical content of QST and other ARRL publications is correct. This role involves reviewing both solicited and unsolicited technical articles for suitability for publication in QST or other ARRL publications, and prepares articles for publication, with particular attention to their technical content. The technical editor also writes articles on technical subjects, solicits technical articles for QST and other ARRL publications, and responds to technical inquiries from members about QST technical articles and other subjects.

Assistant Editor

Join Our Editorial Team as an Assistant Editor!

Are you passionate about precision, language, and the world of amateur radio? ARRL is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Editor to join our dynamic Publications Department. In this role, you’ll contribute to the production of QST, ARRL’s flagship monthly magazine, as well as a range of print and digital publications. Your responsibilities will include developmental editing, copyediting, fact-checking, and formatting feature articles and columns—all while upholding ARRL’s high editorial standards and house style.

Membership Services Representative

We value in-person collaboration, this position is onsite with no remote work options.

Member Services Representative

ARRL is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team in Newington, CT. This onsite role is responsible for assisting members and customers with product orders, membership applications, and account updates while providing exceptional service by phone, email, and on occasions in person. The position also supports reception, visitor relations, and basic website help desk inquiries. Strong communication, computer, and data entry skills are required, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Licensed amateur radio operators and those with customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
