Highlights of the year.

• Three new DXCC "entities" were added to the list: Temotu Province, H4Ø, Austral Islands, FOØ, and Marquesas Islands, FOØ.

• W1AW listener survey results in reduced schedule.

• Fee increase for outgoing QSL service.

• Local club radius increased for ARRL contests
