A more in-depth study into amateur radio emergency communications to enhance the skills and knowledge received from previous experience. Level 1 ARECC is required prior to taking Level 2. This course has 19 lesson units, is expected to take approximately 25 hours to complete over an 8-week period. The April 2009 session of this course is the last session that will utilize the current course content. A new Advanced Emergency Communications course will be offered to replace this course. Expected release is 4th quarter 2009.
