Testing of HT antennas

I have been searching for standardized test methods for hand-held tranceiver antennas. Since the user of such a device is the 'ground' connection, test results become highly variable depending on local conditions. I suspect industry uses some sort of standardized test conditions, but I have been unable to find them. If anyone knows where to find this information it would be appreciated. |
