Dielectric Constant

I have a graph of frequency versus phase from a network analyzer and I am working to try to find the lambda within the transmission line with a dielectric most likely teflon. I think there is a way using a relation of the repetition of the phase versus frequency to derive lambda, does anyone know how to do this?

Typically one calculates the velocity factor first. One can then calculate the dielectric constant based on the velocity factor.
