I vote yes and concur with those who say the basic certificate should be a free download. If someone is willing to pay $10 extra for ARRL to print and mail a gold leaf copy, go for it, and why not go a step further and see if you can sell trophies for $500? Nonetheless, the basic certificate should be a free download for this entry-level certification.
P.S, my original "Joined" date was in the early '60's as KN1ZLX

Yes, I would very much like to see it restored. It's my favorite CW activity. Some of my most enjoyable CW QSOs have been an hour or longer in length.

I vote yes. I would like to see the QSO be verified by the other station (somehow). I also would like the certificate to be a free download. Keep the expense to the award winner at zero or at least as low as reasonably possible.

I still have mine from 1968, earned with a surplus straight key, and made a lot of good friends.

This was the first and only award I received in my early teen-age years. I wish I still had the original certificate....but that was 60 or so years ago and it's long lost. In any case I wish the award would be restored. May not be so valuable but certainly nostalgic for many of us old timers and perhaps some incentive for more extended QSO's than many presently experience.

I don't know why they drop these "fun" awards; the cost is low if nothing, and it's something to encourage operation. I guess they forgot down there, that amateur radio is supposed to be fun.

Yes, especially in our current times of huge numbers of WSJT-X based minimal QSOs this would give perhaps incentive for having an extended conversation and getting to know other hams.

Yes, any chance my original RCC member number from the 1960/70"s is still on file somewhere?

YES!!

I got mine many, many years ago. Thought it was pretty neat! Got my first license in about 1960-1961 and 'loved' to talk to people for a 'length' of time; on cw or phone. K7PMD.

I vote very much yes. R.C.C. was my first award and I remember how excited I was to get the certificate.
