This new ARRL-sponsored forum for discussion of contesting is a welcome new feature. Healthy, intelligent conversation covering all points-of-view can only inspire us to improve. Best of luck and I hope it really takes off in a big way! 73, Jim K1IR |

Although ARRL staff will monitor and moderate these forums, keep in mind that your ARRL Division Director and the various CAC and VUCC memeber may or may not read every post. In general, I use various on-line forums as a tool to help me share ideas and shape my own, when all is said and done here, hams should still make their views known to their ARRL Division Directors and their CAC or VUAC representatives. I, too, hope to see some interesting discussion. You'll see me more on the technical forums than in the contesting ones, although I do have an interest in contesting, mostly QRP CW. Now, to see it take off in a big way, create a topic for which everyone will have something to say and then have something to say! :-) 73, Ed Hare, W1RFI ARRL Lab |
