Connecting the IC7300 to a PC Question

Hello everyone First time posting here. I have a IC7300, installed the RT Systems Software, made sure I had the correct cable, talked to the tech help desk at RT Systems, they were very helpful but the problem continues. Ad the advice of several FB pages on the subject I got me another cable, and nothing. I downloaded NetLogger and having a blast with that but I would love to see my Spectrum Scope on the monitor and other things. I'll figure it out, just need a push in the right direction.
