Hope everyone having a great day. I just want to remind everyone about our club meeting on June 4, 2024 at 7:30pm. This month topic will be DARC ARRL Field Day effort. Even though the formal meeting starts at 7:30pm time has been set aside for questions or just rag chew starting at 7:00pm and for a few minutes after the meeting. The meeting location is in the EOC meeting room at Fire Station #1, located at 12222 Paramount Blvd, on the corner of Paramount Blvd and Orange St. Please park on Orange St. and enter via the sliding gate facing Orange St. Zoom streaming is also available as the situation permits, please contact Dave Glenn, N6TEB, President, at n6teb@arrl.net about Zoom availability. Remember nothing replaces the positive feelings face-to-face meetings and the personal connections you get when you're in the same room with people you share a common interest with. There’s also a Tuesday night DARC net at 7pm, Repeater 445.640 (-) PL 156.7 or 445.640 (-) PL88.5 VE Exams The DARC provides VE examinations for all classes of Amateur Radio licenses on the third Saturday of each even-numbered month. Exams are at the address above.
