Forming a new net - Simplex

I'd like to start a new net in my area concentrating on using simplex frequencies. (power outages in mind of course) In a 2-3 mile radius of me, there are about 140 licensed operators (according to https://haminfo.tetranz.com/). I'd like to send them an email inviting them to consider joining. I know I can find out their addresses one-by-one using QRZ or even ARRL inquiries, but can anyone suggest an easier way to contact them? Do any of you have experience in forming a new net? |
