I am a full time motor homer & a new ham with a Kenwood TS-480SAT. I would like to use my HF radio while my wife is watching TV. That puts us in very close proximity. Sooooo, I am wondering if anyone has or is using a Bose QuietComfort® 15 Acoustic Noise Canceling® headphones? OR is there another answer to my question? 73, Julius KF5BBB

Buy her a headset, too. Two good headsets probably cost less than the Bose! :-)

Yes, Buy two!

I did get a chance to try the Quiet Comfort 15 for our Product Review of it (May, 2010 QST, Page 52). They cancel out external sound very well. I have seen many travelers using them aboard aircraft during trips. They don't entirely eliminate external sound, but do a good job of attenuating it.
