I am trying to find the best way to determine how many turns of #12 wire on a PVC pipe with a outside diameter of 1 5/16 inches. want to be able to operate on 40 thru 15 meter band. also how do we figure it for other bands? also how can we measure the impedance of a balun or coil as I wind it?
