Members answering other members' questions

Although the ARRL Lab staff often answers questions here, this is a forum where members can answer the questions other members ask, so if you can provide an answer, or a different perspective than someone else who answered the question, chime right in! I'd like to see more than the 4 engineers who work in the ARRL Lab sharing their technical perspectives on the forum. If an answer to a technical question isn't forthcoming, the ARRL Lab staff will provide as good an answer as we would have provided to a question sent directly to ARRL HQ, but we will probably let the question sit here for a week or so, to give other members a chance to respond. 73.
