How to mount hamstick on new Equinox?

This is a question. How did you do it? I am thinking about two approaches: a. a ball-mount on the side of the rear fender (but will the metal support it?) or, b. custom making a roof rail mount (note that I do not have the cross-members for the rails). Any other ideas out there? |
