Lost/Forgotten Password?
If you have lost or forgotten your password:
- First, make sure you have forgotten it! If you think you're entering the correct password but it isn't working: 1) Make sure you're using the correct username -- normally it's your call sign. 2) Enter the password using the same letter case (capitals or lower case) you used when you registered it.
- If you really have lost the password, you can simply re-register. Re-registering will set your username to your current call sign (as listed in our membership data, which is periodically updated from the FCC license database), and will allow you to choose a new password. Re-registering won't affect any of your other settings (email options, e.g.).
