    Would you like to see your words in print or on ARRLWeb? The ARRL Author's Guide outlines acceptance criteria for unsolicited manuscripts. There is a continuing need for new ideas and articles. Yours could be one of them. ARRL staff strive to maintain a balance of material in the various publications to satisfy the interests of our members. An Editorial Committee evaluates each manuscript according to the criteria listed in the Guide.

    Briefly, the criteria are:

    The final decision is the result of editorial judgment based on the criteria listed in the Guide and in the collective experience of the editors. The decisions of the Editor and Publisher are final.

    If your article is accepted, the Managing Editor will ask you to provide written permission to use the material, determine that you are the author, send you a page proof of your edited article back for your approval and see to it that you are paid for your work when the article is published. The entire process is detailed in The ARRL Author's Guide.
