Debra Johnson, K1DMJ, is Education Services Manager of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), the national association for Amateur Radio.
Debra joined the ARRL in 2002 as a member of the then new Development Office. She studied to attain her Extra radio license in 2005. Her new position as Education Services Manager provides her the opportunity to lead the organization's effort to carry out those organizational objectives.
Debra had an early career in banking after graduation from Princeton University and then after starting a family, made a commitment to raising her family full-time. Prior to employment at ARRL, she was executive assistant to the president and manager of special projects at Connecticut Public Broadcasting.
