We're always looking for good photographs to use on the covers of QST. Before you send your work for consideration, however, make sure it meets the following requirements:

• The image should preferably be on a 35 mm color slide or a large format color transparency. Prints, negatives or digital images may be considered, however.

• The image orientation must be vertical.

• The photograph must illustrate an Amateur Radio activity, or a particular piece of Amateur Radio equipment.

• If one or more individuals are shown prominently (in close-up, for example), they must be ARRL members. It's also a good idea to obtain their written permission(s) to appear in your photograph.

If your photograph meets all of these requirements, send it to us for consideration, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. If we decide not to use your submission, it will be returned. Please include a detailed written description of the photograph, including the names and call signs of any individuals shown.
