Dear Mrs. Schwartz:

On April 13, 2006, we issued the enclosed letter to you regarding radio interference from a "resonant frequency therapy" or "Rife-Bare" device in your residence. The interference subsided after the letter, but resumed in March of this year.

Postal records show that you received the April 13, 2006 letter on April 18. As the letter stated, this unresolved problem may be a violation of FCC rules and could result in a monetary forfeiture (fine). Please contact this office at 717-338-2502 within ten business days to discuss a solution.
