Ballots have been counted in the Section Manager election for
Oklahoma.  The term of office begins October 1, 1996.

The results are Coy C. Day, N5OK, 475.  Richard E. ''Dick'' Russell,
KJ5VV, 149.  Day was declared elected.

SM positions in eight other sections were not contested.  The
