ARLB068 VOLUNTARY COMMUNICATIONS EMERGENCY IN VIRGINIA DECLARED

ALL AMATEURS ARE REQUESTED TO COOPERATE BY RECOGNIZING THE EXISTENCE
OF A VOLUNTARY COMMUNICATIONS EMERGENCY IN VIRGINIA.

SPECIFICALLY, AMATEURS ARE REQUESTED TO  RELINQUISH THE USE OF
FREQUENCIES 3620.0, 3910.0, 3947.0, 7260.0, AND 7105.0 KHZ PLUS OR
MINUS 3 KHZ FOR HANDLING EMERGENCY TRAFFIC RESULTING FROM HURRICANE
FLOYD.

IN ADDITION, AMATEURS ARE REQUESTED TO RELINQUISH THE USE OF
FREQUENCIES 145.730, 146.760, 145.170, 147.300, 147.360, AND 145.430
MHZ FOR HANDLING EMERGENCY TRAFFIC RESULTING FROM HURRICANE FLOYD.
