This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, ON4EI, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX, DXNL,
Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web
sites.  Thanks to all.

VIET NAM, 3W.  Mike, N0ODK is QRV as 3W2DK from Ho Chi Minh City
until October 24.  Activity is on 20, 17, 15 and 10 meters.  QSL to
home call.

CYPRUS, 5B.  Tony, RT9T is QRV as 5B4ALB from Pachyammos, IOTA
AS-004, until November 4.  QSL direct to home call.

SENEGAL, 6V.  Vlad, RK4FF plans to be QRV as 6V7S from October 22 to
November 27.  Activity will be on 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters using
CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

LESOTHO, 7P.  Gert, ZS6AYU will tentatively be QRV as 7P8GF from
Roma from October 23 to 26.  Activity will be holiday style on 40 to
10 meters using CW.  QSL to home call.

BAHAMAS, C6.  Rich, N0HJZ will be QRV as C6ARW from Grand Bahama
Island, IOTA NA-080, from October 22 to 29.  Activity will be mainly
on 30, 17 and 12 meters using CW and RTTY.  This includes being an
entry in the upcoming CQ World Wide SSB DX contest.  QSL to home
call.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Babs, DL7AFS and Lot, DJ7ZG will be QRV as D44TXT
from Santiago, IOTA AF-005, from October 19 to November 7.  Activity
will be on 80 to 10 meters using SSB, RTTY and PSK63 with two
stations.  QSL via DL7AFS.

IRELAND, EI.  Oliver, ON4EI, will be QRV as EI8GQB from October 20
to 30 using wind and solar power.  He will be active as EI1A in the
upcoming CQ World Wide SSB DX contest as a Single Op/All Band/Low
power entry.  QSL both calls via PA3249.

ESTONIA, ES.  Simo, OH2HAN is QRV as ES0HAM from Estonian Hiiumaa
Island, IOTA EU-034, until October 22.  Activity is on 80 to 10
meters using mainly RTTY with some SSB.  This includes being an
entry in the JARTS RTTY contest.  QSL to home call.

ENGLAND, G.  Members of the 2nd Twyning Scout Group will be QRV as
GB0TWY during the 56th Jamboree On The Air.  Activity will be on 40,
20, 15 and 2 meters and 70 cm.  QSL via operators' instructions.

SWITZERLAND, HB.  World Scout Bureau station HB9S will be QRV in the
Jamboree On The Air from Geneva.  This is the last time from Geneva
because the office is moving to Kuala Lumpur.  QSL via HB9AOF.
     
MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Miho, JJ2VLY and Yutaka, JQ2GYU are QRV as
NH0J from Tinian Island, IOTA OC-086, until October 21.  Activity is
on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  This includes being an
entry in the JARTS RTTY contest.  QSL via JJ2VLY.

BULGARIA, LZ.  Special event station LZ2013IPA is QRV until the end
of 2013 in commemoration of the International Police Association.
QSL via LZ3HI.

CURACAO, PJ2.  Scouting Antiano station PJ2SA will be QRV in the
Jamboree On The Air.  Activity will be on 40 and 20 meters.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

FERNANDO de NORONHA, PY0F.  Miguel, PY3MM is QRV as PY0F/PY3MM until
October 28.  He will be QRV as PR0F in the upcoming CQ World Wide
SSB DX contest.  QSL both calls direct via PP5VB.

SUDAN, ST.  Members of Boy Scouts of Sudan will be QRV as ST2BSS
from Khartoum during the Jamboree On The Air.  Activity will be on
all bands and modes.  QSL via ST2M.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5.  Frank, WA2VYA and Tony, K4QE will be
QRV as VP5/home calls from Providenciales, IOTA NA-002, from October
22 to 29.  Activity will be 160 to 10 meters using CW with some SSB
and RTTY.  They will be QRV as VP5T in the upcoming CQ World Wide
SSB DX contest.  QSL to home calls and VP5T via WA3RHW.

FALKLAND ISLANDS, VP8.  Peter, M1AYI plans to be QRV as VP8DNY from
East Falkland Island, IOTA SA-002, from October 20 to November 19.
Activity will be on the HF bands using SSB.  QSL to home call.

ZIMBABWE, Z2.  Mirek, SP5IXI is QRV as Z21DXI from Bulawayo for the
next two to four weeks.  Activity is in his free time on 160 to 6
meters.  QSL via SP5UAF.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The JARTS World Wide RTTY Contest, 10-10
International Fall CW Contest, Stew Perry Topband CW Challenge,
Scout Jamboree On The Air, Iowa QSO Party, New York QSO Party,
Worked All Germany Contest, W/VE Islands QSO Party, Feld Hell
Sprint, Asia-Pacific Fall CW Sprint, UBA ON 2-Meter Contest and
Illinois QSO Party will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming
weekend.  The ARRL School Club Roundup is scheduled for October 21
to 25.

The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest and NAQCC-EU Monthly Sprint are
scheduled for October 21.  The SKCC CW Sprint and CWops Mini-CWT
Test are scheduled for October 23.  Please see October QST, page 89,
