The Peekskill / Cortlandt Amateur Radio Association, Inc. (PCARA) is an All-Volunteer Nonprofit 501(c)(3) consisting of a dedicated group of volunteers and communications infrastructure accessible in Northern Westchester, Putnam, and beyond. For over twenty-five years, PCARA has been a source of knowledge and camaraderie for individuals throughout the Hudson Valley.  Activities include weekly nets, monthly breakfasts, VE test sessions, newsletter, workshops, foxhunts, auxiliary communications, ARRL Field Day, and more.
